David Lombardo has been crafting wine and beverage lists in New York City for the past twenty years. He has been an educator of wine at the Astor Center & the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC as well as Palm Beach & Atlantic City Food and Wine Festivals. His media and print credentials include Bloomberg’s Taking Stock with Pimm Fox, CNBC’S Power Pitch, Fox Business News, Martha Stewart’s Morning Living talk radio, Better TV, New York Wines, Zagat, Business Insider, The New York Times, Wine Enthusiast and Food and Wine Magazine to name a few.


David Lombardo has also been the Wine + Beverage Director for Benchmarc Restaurants by Marc Murphy in New York City since  inception in 2004. He has cultivated and overseen the accessible wine, beer and cocktail lists at Landmarc [Tribeca] and [at the Time Warner Center] & Ditch Plains [Upper West Side & West Village]. David also developed the wine, cocktail and educational training programs for the Hard Rock Casino in Tampa, Florida, Viceroy Hotel in New York City and Gray Barns in Connecticut. 


Since 1997, Lombardo has crafted his own wine and beverage education through his strong passion, tireless tasting, reading and traveling to wine regions throughout Europe, North & South America. Credentials aside, it’s his attitude and approach to wine and cocktails that makes Lombardo special. “My programs are designed to take the pretentiousness out of drinking wine.


The New York Times has said of Lombardo’s wine list: “Could serve as a model for many others around New York”

On the forefront of the can and keg revolution, AR is leading the way in producing deliciously dangerous juice.

Tavern at Gray Barns

Three generations of developers in the region, primarily focused on high end home development, as well as restaurant development, Glazer Group purchased the Silvermine Inn and Tavern in 2015 and have been working on re-gifting it back to the community, with its original usage and charm in tact. With a reduced capacity of the Restaurant and Inn, guests will be able to enjoy the historic environment anew.
